کراچی…کراچی بدامنی کیس کی سماعت کے دوران چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری نے ایڈوکیٹ جنرل سندھ کو حکم دیا ہے کہ دو دن میں انسداد دہشت گردی اور بینکنگ کورٹ میں ججز کی تقرری کاحکم دیا ہے جبکہ اپنے ریمارکس میں چیف جسٹس کا کہنا تھا کہ بھتہ خوری کے خلاف اسمبلی میں موثر قانون سازی کی ضرورت ہے۔سماعت کے دوران صوبہ سندھ کی عدالتوں میں ججوں کی کمی خاص طور پر نوٹس لیا گیا۔ جسٹس انور ظہیر جمالی نے کہ 2009اور2011 میں چیف جسٹس سندھ ہائی کورٹ کی جانب سے ججوں کی خالی اسامیوں کیلئے نام تجویز کئے گئے لیکن تقرری کیوں نہیں کی گء۔بینچ نے استفسارکہ انسداد دہشت گردی کے ججز کی تقرری فوری کیوں نہیں کی جاسکتی.۔ موجود صورتحال میں مقدمات تاخیر کا شکار ہیں ان میں سنگین جرائم کے مقدمات بھی شامل ہیں۔جسٹس انور جمالی نے ریمارکس دیے کہ عدالتیں دو دو سال سے خالی پڑی ہیں حکومت آخر کیاکررہی ہے۔.اس پر ایڈوکیٹ جنرل سندھ عبدالفتح ملک نے کہا کہ انسداد دہشت گردی کے ججز کی تقرری تین دن میں کردیں گے۔.لیکن چیف جسٹس جسٹس افتخار چوہدری نے حکم دیا کہ یہ تقرری دو دن میں کردی جائے اور نوٹیفکشن جاری کریں چیف جسٹس سندھ ہائی کورٹ نام تجویز کرچکے ہیں۔ تجویز کردہ تمام ججز ایماندار اور قابل جج ہیں۔ چیف جسٹس نے سندھ بار کونسل اور کراچی بار کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ مافیاز کے خاتمے کے لئے تجاویز دیں۔
